Experienced healthcare executive brings more than 20 years of clinical, operational and strategic leadership to the organization
Dallas, Texas — August 11, 2026 — Aligned Providers today announced the appointment of Holli Cholley, MBA, BSN, RN, as its new Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Cholley will oversee the organization’s operational strategy and help advance its commitment to clinical excellence, sustainable growth, and exceptional service.
Cholley brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience spanning hospital operations, clinical transformation, strategic growth, physician relations, financial management and service-line development. Throughout her career, she has led complex healthcare organizations through periods of expansion, operational integration, and performance improvement.

Before joining Aligned Providers, Cholley held senior leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Clinical Officer and Chief Nursing Officer. Her experience includes overseeing hospital and ambulatory operations, leading large multidisciplinary teams, managing capital and operational budgets, developing new service lines and directing quality, regulatory, risk management and patient-experience initiatives.
Cholley has also led major organizational transformation efforts, including the integration of a physician-owned specialty hospital with a health system, the construction and opening of a new hospital, clinical and operating-room transformation projects, physician recruitment initiatives and multiple electronic health record implementations. Her leadership contributed to nationally recognized achievements in patient satisfaction, specialty care and clinical certification.

Cholley holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is a registered nurse. Her combination of clinical knowledge and executive leadership experience positions her to help Aligned Providers enhance operational performance while maintaining a strong focus on quality, collaboration and patient care.
